We are currently gradually adopting holacracy (doing it ourselves) and found that it is largely based on sociocracy and in some respect, it feels like sociocracy resonates a little more to me,

The best way to get tips on implementation is to take a course (perhaps online) or speak to someone who is experienced. I'd be happy to have a quick chat on Skype, and I'll mention this to my colleagues here too.

In the meantime, please do have a look around this site. and post questions or share stories in the 'Forum.' You may also want to join the international email list which can be a great place to ask questions.
