How did you discover this site?
I m very happy seeing it exists and think it s great that it opens a network for sociocracy in the UK
How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, Using it in my personal or family life, Applying it in my community group
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
At the moment I stay in Thailand in a small Permaculture community with an always changing group of decision makers and volunteers. I m reading the book we the people and try to apply sociocracy in our management structures and decision making. It is hard because of very little continuity though, but I feel like we re on our way in developing something special.

Many thanks MIchel, and welcome.

We would love to hear more about your story, as we are trying to collect case studies. I wonder if you would be prepared to write maybe 2 paragraphs saying more about your experience, what benefits you have seen, and what have been the challenges?
