Many thanks for that Scott

Excellent, sounds like John has been in touch.

1) Bit up to my ears 2) I reckon what we might have to discuss will be extremely useful for all of us to hear on 21 Dec, so...

How about we talk in the Skype circle then, and anything we don't cover there, we mop up after 1-1 on Skype again?

Hi Scott

Actually I was just discussing our online spaces with John Buck and others, and I'd be very keen to hear your feedback sometime about how you have found the various online sites and sources of information, whether you found what you really wanted easily (if at all).

Like you, I'm very keen to improve our visibility and usefulness to the world, and especially to bridge the disconnection, which is a strong motivator for this particular site. We are all very aware that we need our online spaces to work better for us; and we are looking for people to help us do that. For SociocracyUK, the community and this site is in its infancy, unfunded, and manned by pioneers with whatever scraps of time they can find, which naturally brings its limitations.... for now.

Alongside your general impressions, I would like to know: For you, for supporting you in your journey with your particular needs at present, what in an ideal world would the various sites help you do? What are your needs?

Warm regards

Hi Scott, very warm welcome here.

A good place to find out a bit more would be here:http://sociocracyuk.ning.com/forum/categories/what-is-sociocracy/listForCategory

...and perhaps the videos here http://sociocracyuk.ning.com/video

I personally think that the intuitive sense that it feels 'right', that it hits the 'sweetspot' of how we would like things to be, is at least as important as any theoretical understanding. As for practical experience, well you can't beat that, but it seems like you're already plugged in so I imagine you'll get some of that soon.

What part of the States are you in?

Best wishes
