Martin Grimshaw & Nathaniel Whitestone (DecisionLab) wish to lead between 2 - 3 CoLearning workshops in support of our ongoing co-operative enquiry and practice into the deeper aspects of Collaborative Governance, development of training material, collective desire to support the community of interest, and collective progress toward Sociocratic certification.

I've just joined our rewards team and we're in the middle of getting votes on initial draft ideas. Last year was pretty stressful for everyone. We have open salaries and an elected rewards team, but there are difficulties handling feelings around competition, merit, rewards, etc. So I'm particularly interested in the Fair Shares bit, even if it comes too late for us this year.
I'd certainly be up for a workshop at some point, probably would like it to be something with a number of organisations so we can talk about lots of different organisations' experiences / approaches.
RE payment, I only have a training budget of £500 each year - and I'd like to get a data analysis course out of that too... I don't think we budgeted for a company training thing around our culture/democracy this year but I'll check, as there will be others interested but probably not enough to use their personal training budgets!
