Sociocracy UK has a sister organization in the United States:  SOCIONET.  The website (www.socionet.us) has just had a major make-over and is now back online, alive and kicking.  SocioNet offer certain training courses or demonstration webinars (over phone or internet) currently not available in the UK, so please have a look at the site and keep an eye on its activities, possibly by signing up to receive email updates and more.

For those just starting out in sociocracy, or wondering if it is something they should pursue further, we strongly recommend participating in one of the Practice Circles, which will give you the opportunity to experience a circle meeting and discuss your interests with others.  Occasionally SocioNet also run FREE Webinars introducing the basic principles of sociocracy ('Dynamic Governance in the US), the next one being on 17 January 2013, 22:00 - 23:30 GMT.

Many nonprofit organizations around the world build networks of people interested in sociocracy.
