I am founder, facilitator, trainer and consultant at There's Better Ways Of Working.

Co-founder & member of SociocracyUK, engaged with the international sociocratic community. Co-founded and formerly director at S.E.E.D. Co-op and co-founder / facilitator / consultant at DecisionLab, both trading names of Sociocratic, Ecological and Economic Development Ltd - a sociocratic co-operative social enterprise.

I first encountered and started investigating Sociocracy circa 2008. I am committed to becoming a certified sociocratic consultant, have received training from John Buck, Nathaniel Whitestone and others, and provide training / facilitation around 'Collaborative Governance' and tools for participation such as Open Space. Have co-organised / hosted various networking, training, social gatherings focused on developing the movement in the UK. I'm playing a part in developing the online presence of the Sociocratic movement. Want to join us? Get in touch :)

    Thanks! I've just started reading We the People. In fact, I'm reading Holacracy at the same time to compare. Thought I'm enjoying Holacracy as a book in its own right, I'm already finding some things are ruffling my feathers! I shall keep an open mind for now though in the spirit of Socratic wisdom...
