How are you using sociocratic principles?: I am a sociocratic practitioner, Using it in my governmental organisation, Applying it in my business
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself: I did a PhD in Systems thinking and Organizational Cybernetics at the University of Hull. By studying self-organization I found Sociocracy.
Now I work as lecturer/researcher at the De Montfort University - Cambodia & The university of Exeter.
I use Sociocracy Principles in combination with Organizational cybernetics and Second Order Cybernetics in different fields and projects (e.g. Governance, Self-organization, Community-based projects, etc.)
