I used the formal consent decision-making process to get 13 newly convened professionals to get together for a training day within a month and agree a venue in Southern UK. It took 30 minutes and they were amazed they all were happy with the result and how they had participated in the process. They wanted to know more.

Hi Sue. What a warm welcome ... thank you. Yes, John led a group of about 22 in the weekend of 27-28 August near Auckland, New Zealand. It was quite an experience. Intense, hugely satisfying yet just a beginning, and in beaut company. He's going to lead an online coaching session for part of the group on 19 September.

My hopes? Immediately, that a colleague and I can introduce some sociocratic processes to the Theosophical Society in NZ. We dipped our toes in the water a tiny bit last weekend, but I can see we have a way to go, in a process that will yet unfold. Thanks for your interest.

Hi Sue, thanks for your message.  We would love to welcome you to Brisbane when you are next in Australia.  We would be very interested in online training, both for our enterprise and for our local transition town group.  One of the misfortunes of living 'down under' is that resources are fairly limited in the area of sociocracy.  Please let me know how I can access the online courses.  Go well, Emma

Hi Sue, I'm not sure if I responded to this message.  It looks like I might not have?

I am appreciating your welcome into the group and feel exited to see Scott Mieras pop up plus Ray Taylor (NVC connections).

I look forward to connecting with your further.

    Warmly, Deb
