10:00 - 12:00 Present: James, Sue, Francois, Nate,

Short reports on Incorporation, DSG Scotland event, Implementation circle & Operations update.

Main items:

Updated and extended 5 policy decision (periodic policy review)
Lead response system (flowchart) - for now keep separate from Advocacy Circle, FK elected to implement
Logbook backup system - available via Google, Logbook keeper to implement circular system
Operations Leader review - consented to SB's progress plan
Conflict of Interest policy, borrowed by agreement from Socionet, consented to

Evaluation. Next meeting 5 November 2013 14-17 in Brighton, preceded by open lunch.
