Short reports on Operations meetings system streamlined. Meeting JB 17 April Brighton confirmed. Reviewed/updated 2 policies.

Main items:

Meeting John B on 17 April - creeated and consented to agenda - to be forwarded.
Reviewed Operations Leader role description prepared by SB/FK - consented
Financial Management (budgeting & accounting): reviewed JP's work, prioritise next time.
Role Replacement when sick, holiday etc: created policy, role-bearer to delegate.
Implementation of Aims: reviewed, integrated milestones consultation, JP to lead.

Evaluation. Next meeting 17 April 2013 in Brighton, Sue facilitating
