SUMMARY OF MEETING 5th NOVEMBER '13 (BRIGHTON)

14:00 - 17:00 Present: James, Sue, Francois, Nate, Christie, Kat (Louis & Julian at lunch)

Short reports on Operations updagte (OL), Scotland Findhorn, DSG Scotland event, Legal structure & Implementation, Website Dev & Maint Circle, First Response system & democracy article (MG).

Main items:

Reviewed and extended 5 policy decision (periodic policy review, incl VMA consent & relation with TSC-en objections, to be future main agenda item)
Top Circle Implementation, consent to apply simple development start from small base building up over time. James elected to finish implementation job.
General Circle uplink to top circle: James elected, Sue automatically as OL.
Miscellaneous matters briefly discussed or reviewed, deferred where necessary

Evaluation. Next meeting 10 December 2013 10-12 on Skype.
