How are you using sociocratic principles?: Using it in my personal or family life, Applying it in my community group, Using it in my business, I'm actively engaging in and supporting the Sociocracy networks

Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself: I have promoted John Buck into New Zealand twice and are currently working with him to get DG moving in NZ as well as supporting his Global Business and Consultancy Group.
I am using DG in a NVC Charitable Trust and having a crack using it in family life. I am the Executive Director of NVCANZ as well.
