- reading about sociocracy and and somehow stumbled on this network.
- How are you using sociocratic principles?

- One of the greatest features of sociocracy is that it obsoletes the need for politics. When people are working toward consensus, there is no room for pushing Personal Agenda. In this way people are encouraged to be team players and self-starters. Sociocracy, as it exists in the Contemporary world, is a stepping stone toward having a society where everyone is a leader, and each individual contributes to team leadership, which is sociocracy.
