How are you using sociocratic principles?: I'm just learning about it

Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself: I went to a weekend workshop with John Buck recently on Sociocracy, and would like to learn more to see how it can be applied in the Theosophical Society in New Zealand
