Short reports on Website, new logo ideas, Implementation circle & Operations update.

Main items:

Reviewed policies (periodic reviews) - decided to split logbookkeeper & Secretary roles
Elected: Logbook & facilitator: James; Secretary: Francois
First Response Policy & System, allocated specialty spheres (area specialists)
SocUK 2 aims, promote sociocracy + build network, consented 2 websites needed
Focus on implementation next time. Policy on meeting preparedness .

Evaluation. Next meeting 7 January 2014 14-16 on Skype.
