11:00 - 15:00. Present: Julian (facilitator), Sue, James, Francois

Short reports on Presenting to business project group and operations meetings

Main items:

Reviewed backlog of agenda items, grouped as backburner or assigned a date to tackle.
Establishing Sociocracy as legal entity, reviewed work done on interim association and collation of questionnaires
Review whether we were achieving what we had set out to do (aims), decided to create concrete implementation plan.
Ongoing review and periodic update of policy decisions, no changes
April 2013 J. Buck visit, reviewed various ideas, incl Wales, Julian to follow up.
Interim Secretary/Logbook keeper while Louis recovering; Francois to March 2013.

Evaluation. Next meeting 8 January 2013 by skype tele-conference, Nate facilitating
