SUMMARY OF MEETING 6TH NOVEMBER '12 (TELE-CONFERENCE)

10:00 - 12:00. Present: Francois (facilitator), Sue, Julian, James, Louis & Nate (in&out)

Short reports on Study Circle - Community of Practice launching 22 November. VMA consent acknowledged. Other reports deferred.

Main items:

Review of Operational Leader role deferred, FK to initiate assessment group with MG.
SB reported on creation of presentation for business world, invited to take part in working group.
Establishing Sociocracy as legal entity, review of JH/SB's extensive work on temporary constitution, consented to simplify constitution to use for interim association. To review simplified version at next meeting. FK to finish compiliation of 2 questionnaires by then too.
April 2013 J. Buck visit, plans? James to collate ideas collected by email before next meeting.
Clarifying membership, top circle, general circle, picture forming discussion.

Evaluation. Next meeting 12 November 2012 face to face Victoria London, Julian facilitating
