SUMMARY OF MEETING 8th JANUARY '13 (TELE-CONFERENCE)

10:00 - 12:00. Present: Nate (facilitator), James, Sue, Francois

Short reports on US-SPA and on Ning site.

Main items:

Review of joint Secretary/Logbook keeper role - continue as 1 role, review annually.
Election of Operations Leader; Sue elected, accepted for 6 months.
Reviewed e-consensus software, consented to use.
April 2013 J. Buck visit, plans - considered workshop in Wales and London, to check.
Establishing Sociocracy as legal entity, interim constitution incomplete, brief review of relationship to US-SPA, election of legal entity manager deferred.
Where we want to be in a year open discussion: James to arrange and lead.
Reviewed and consented to adopt Equality and Diversity Policy.

Evaluation. Next meeting 12 February 2013 by tele-conference, James facilitating
