New to sociocracy. Run a company employing 30 people in the software environment. Always had a "flat" structure and in process of implementing sociocracy.
Please tell us what you hope to get out of this membership site
Hope to get help and advice on e.g. HR matters and how sociocracy impacts on employment law in UK. Also want to add my own experiences as we implemented sociocracy from 1 Jan 2016.The experience has been both exciting and challenging. It is going well and our company is now up to almost 50 staff. If anyone would like to compare notes I am happy to engage.
