- I have been working with the Circle Council method and NVC and was told that Sociocracy offers the way to making consent decisions in an even more structured way. I am looking for something that offers the peace and trust of deep listening to self and to collective intelligence arising from and in service to a higher common ground AS WELL AS effective meaningfull action.

Wecome to Sociocracy UK ning site. The site is very much a volunteer work in progress, but I hope you can find some useful information about sociocracy here. You might also be interested in the 2-day workshop by John Buck in Findhorn, Moray in October - here are the details.
Regarding finding fellow Scots you may want to put Scotland in the search box at the very top right of the page which will display a few Scot members. I believe Jane Hera in particular is arranging a practice circle. Unfortunately I am not aware of anyone in Edinburgh.
