- I did a PhD in Systems thinking and Organizational Cybernetics at the University of Hull. By studying self-organization I found Sociocracy.
Now I work as lecturer/researcher at the De Montfort University - Cambodia & The university of Exeter.
I use Sociocracy Principles in combination with Organizational cybernetics and Second Order Cybernetics in different fields and projects (e.g. Governance, Self-organization, Community-based projects, etc.)
