How are you using sociocratic principles?: Applying it in my community group, Using it in my business

Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself: I coordinate a regional Permaculture Network, and collaborate with Transition and similar community groups to provide Integral Permaculture learning opportunities. I am working towards offering facilitative leadership to groups, and practical experience in the use of Structural Communications, via Logo Visual Thinking tools and methods.
